The Good Landlord Charter Supporter Form

​By completing this form you:

• Confirm you comply with legal regulations to be a landlord

• Support the Good Landlord Charter criteria

• Agree to work with the Good Landlord Charter Implementation Unit

We encourage all landlords with properties in Greater Manchester (Bolton, Bury, Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale, Salford, Stockport, Tameside, Trafford, and Wigan) to become Supporters of the Charter. 

 

Being a Supporter means landlords can demonstrate legal compliance with current regulations and commit to working with the Implementation Unit to meet all of the Good Landlord Charter's Criteria. Landlords who become Supporters will be listed on the website.

The Implementation Unit will support landlords' efforts to meet the Membership criteria. We will provide training, information, guidance, networking, and events.
