Property agents can become Champions of the Greater Manchester Good Landlord Charter and will play a pivotal role in providing better renting experiences for landlords and tenants in Greater Manchester.
The Charter is a free service that provides support and guidance for your landlords to become Good Landlords by meeting the Charter’s Membership criteria.
Agents representing Good Landlords and raising awareness with their tenants are recognised as Champions of the Charter.

It’s important to distinguish that Champions are not Members of the Charter and are not assessed against Membership criteria. Only landlords can become an accredited Member. As a Champion, your role is to work with the Implementation Unit to support your customers in becoming Good Landlords.
