Thank you for registering your interest in becoming a Good Landlord Charter Supporter. To complete your registration, you must complete this full registration form.

This form takes roughly 5 minutes to complete.

To complete your registration, we will ask you for:

• Property addresses

• Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)

• Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)

• Gas Safety Certificates (GSC)

You may also be asked to provide evidence of licences for your properties.

If you are struggling to provide evidence for these requirements, it does not automatically result in your application being rejected. The Charter offers webinars and workshops to support you in providing evidence for the legal minimum requirements for landlords.
