Friends of the Charter

Does your organisation support the aims of the Good Landlord Charter? If you work with landlords, property agents or tenants in Greater Manchester and you feel you can help the Charter achieve its aims, you could become a Friend of the Charter. Friends of the Charter will be from a range of sectors, including landlord services, the VCFSE sector and wider landlord supply chain.

By becoming a Friend of the Charter, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Charter, benefit from events, and receive regular updates from the Charter.

Friends will be supported in their work to help landlords across Greater Manchester become Good Landlords by having access to resources. If you come across a ‘Friend of the Charter,’ this means the organisation is supportive of the aims of the Charter. Friends are helping raise awareness and supporting landlords to meet the charter’s criteria, where appropriate. It does not mean that they have been assessed against the Charter’s Membership criteria.
